Community leaders in Coeur d'Alene are hoping the city's various neighborhoods can join forces to stop crime.
The Neighborhood Watch Committee for The Landings at Waterford Homeowners Association is holding a meeting called “Appropriate Response to Prowlers and Home Invasions” on Thursday, May 17 at the Prairie Avenue Christian Center at 7:15 p.m. Ed Santos, Owner of Center Target Sports in Post Falls, is giving the presentation.
They'll cover issues such as home security, recommended procedures and response to home invasion and home invasion statistics for the area. The homeowner's association says harmony in any community depends up to its residents.
