Heart Attack and Back |

The work out, still trying to look forward to this. No luck yet, but many tell me I will someday HAVE to go to the gym to make my day, we will see.
Right now I need to be there and Bruce Van Cott, my trainer, understands my desire to get better and my "love" of exercise.
I'm showing you some of the exercises I do, the squats with the ball behind my back and the arms above my head kill me, but they are getting better.
Also rowing, throwing a medicine ball and bench presses all add up to a 50 minute work out.
Bruce tries to mix it up and we are extending some of the time spent working on muscle groups as I improve and my heart rate improves as well.
Oz Fitness has been very patient with my ever changing schedule, I am trying to make this an auto pilot gotta go type of thing...but it is hard.
