The concert starts and 2pm and continues until 5pm ending early enough to give you a chance to enjoy a leisurely drive home with plenty of time left on Sunday and Monday before having to get the kids ready to go back to school.

Updated - 3:37 p.m. - Kootenai Electric Cooperative is reporting that an area of operation near Setter's Substation and Highway 95 was hit by a localized microburst or tornado at about 10 p.m. About 20 poles along the 1.3 mile double circuit overhead line were shattered and on the ground.

Residents in the Worley area will experience a planned power outage Monday morning

Updated - 9:12 a.m. - Weekday night owls could be surprised Monday morning when their power is turned off from 1 to 4 a.m. The required outage will affect Kootenai Electric Cooperative customers in the Worley area on August 29th. KEC will be testing substation equipment to comply with federal government reliability standards. The work is being done overnight to minimize the impact to affected community members and businesses.
